Compare the same specification, net weight and currency. A carton price is not comparable when unit counts or pack sizes differ. Ask what transport and tax are included.
State quantity and destination
Give cartons, weight or the intended container size. Cartons per container depend on carton dimensions, weight and loading arrangement.
Check shelf life and timing
Request remaining shelf life at delivery and cargo readiness. Distinguish order preparation time from estimated transit time.
Get a current confirmation
Every price is linked to a date, validity and availability. An old price is not a new offer, and an enquiry does not reserve stock.
Complete your brief
Share specification, quantity, destination and required date. Flag unknown details so they can be clarified before quotation.
